With his experienced, hands- on leadership, digital, and marketing skills, Don is always ready to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

At Z&P, a leading metropolitan advertising agency, Don was head of all marketing and operational teams, managing a 100M P&L and driving an exceptional staff of 105. Under his leadership, Z&P became a fully integrated, independent, full-service agency, and an industry juggernaut,


He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from Bernard Baruch College with a concentration in Marketing. He also has an AAS degree in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of NY, and was honored by the college at the United Nations in 2000, as Alumni of the Year, for outstanding career achievements. He also was asked, and accepted, by the college, to teach courses in Direct Marketing Strategies and Retail Merchandising. He holds a certification in Digital Marketing from the University of Vermont, which he completed in April, 2021. Don is also a Certified Public Accountant, and the author of “Master Minding The Store, Advertising, Sales Promotion & The New Marketing Reality”, a National Retail Federation selection, published by Wiley Publishing.
