I built my career over 22 years in luxury hospitality across two countries, leading Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management teams. That world trained me to be precise—with forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and always putting the guest first. Today, I bring that same five-star mindset to digital strategy.

I align business goals with data-driven marketing, mapping customer journeys, defining KPIs, and building strong foundations—positioning, site architecture, analytics, CRM, SEO, and content strategy. Once that’s in place, I execute across channels: search, social, paid media, and conversion optimization. The result is strategy that’s clear, scalable, and grounded in clean data—turning demand into revenue.

I’m fully bilingual in Spanish and English and design culturally nuanced campaigns that help brands connect authentically in both languages. As an active member of the Hispanic community, I champion inclusion, representation, and real engagement—especially in campaigns targeting U.S. Hispanic or Latin American markets.
