My name is Susan Salgado, and I’ve recently became part of the WSI team. I’m based in San Jose, California. I enjoy living in the Bay Area because it combines innovation, diversity, and entrepreneurial energy—an ideal environment for helping businesses grow.
When thinking about the skills I bring to our clients, I’d highlight that I’m a strategic digital marketing consultant and Fractional CMO with over 20 years of experience in corporate marketing across the fi nancial services and B2C industries. I’ve led brand launches, digital strategy initiatives, and technology rollouts at a national scale.
In addition to my partnership with WSI, I currently serve as a consultant for a U.S.-based remittance company, where I lead the implementation of a new POS system across 1,000+ locations. I also advise eCommerce and service-based businesses on optimizing their digital footprint and developing clear, actionable marketing strategies.
