I spent nearly 30 years at 3M in sales, marketing, and operations across North America and globally. As Director of Channel Marketing, I led go-to-market strategy across Industrial, Safety, Electrical, Automotive, Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing segments. I built 'To' and 'Through' marketing programs that delivered measurable growth across distribution and end-user channels.
I also trained over 1,000 channel representatives and managers — developing curricula covering strategy, finance, digital marketing, data, and Joint Business Planning.
Today, I work with small to mid-sized industrial distributors and manufacturers as a fractional CMO. I help them build practical, revenue-focused marketing engines that target the right customers, activate supplier funding, and connect marketing directly to pipeline and revenue.
