My name is Brian Conn, and I’ve recently joined the WSI team as a digital marketing consultant. I’m based in Cleveland, Tennessee, but I serve the entire Greater Chattanooga region. I enjoy living in the Tennessee River Valley because I love the outdoors and beautiful views, and it’s always been home.
When thinking about the skills I bring to our clients, I’d highlight that I’m a problem solver and a storyteller. Telling a business’s story well and solving their tricky problems is integral to my work. In addition to my partnership with WSI, I’m also a twenty-plus-year veteran of the PR and Communications field, with a specialty in higher education.
If I had to describe my focus as a Digital Marketing Consultant with WSI in a few words, I’d say I leverage digital marketing tools that can boost online presence, build connections with prospects and clients, and grow sales.

Our team recently led a sales team coaching seminar with a leading software technology firm that resulted in a 30% increase in lead conversions. We also created a digital marketing strategy for a regional financial institution to improve customer engagement. And one of my favorite projects was transforming a traditional advertising plan into a comprehensive digital marketing program for a local contractor who saw requests for quotes increase 15%.
