WSI’s corporate staff members deliver on this promise every day by working with WSI Consultants and thousands of customers and partners in over 80 countries.
Mark Dobson, Co-Founder and VP Franchise Development
Mark Dobson has been with WSI since its inception in 1995. He has an extensive background in business development in several industries dating back to the early seventies. His knowledge of the development of human potential and the understanding of behavioral patterns has been instrumental in developing the unique screening and selection process utilized by the WSI franchise team. Mark also brings his many years of franchising experience to the WSI network ensuring only the highest quality of franchise applicants are awarded the WSI franchise. Using his prior experience as an entrepreneur, Mark has been a driving force behind the success of WSI since its inception.
Doug Schust, President
As President, Doug is focused on the growth and profitability of WSI’s customers, franchisees and partners within the WSI eMarketplace. Ably positioned at the helm, Doug has built a team that embraces the concept of strong relationships in all their interactions within the WSI global community.
Prior to becoming President of WSI, Doug was the longest standing and highest revenue producing WSI Consultant. Having been a WSI franchisee since 1995, Doug brings more than 16 years of experience in the Internet marketing industry and over 30 years of total marketing experience to the WSI franchise system. As a driving force for the WSI brand and a leading authority within the network, Doug has an intimate understanding of both the challenges and, most importantly, the tremendous opportunity that exists in the marketplace for WSI franchisees, suppliers and partner alliances.
Valerie Brown-Dufour, Executive VP of Global Operations
As Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Valerie is responsible for providing support and education to the WSI global franchise system. She is also charged with managing the innovation of the WSI business model as a whole. Overall, Valerie works to ensure WSI Consultants are provided with the tools, systems and support they need to remain top amongst their competitors.
Valerie first joined WSI in 1999 and has served in a number of roles. Prior to this, she ran her own business and worked overseas in a number of countries. Valerie holds a Master degree from the University of Toronto.
Shaunak Dave, VP Information Technology
Mr. Dave began serving as RAM’s Vice President of Information Technology since April, 2011. Previous to this, he was RAM’s Director of Information Technology having joined the company in June of 2009.
Mr. Dave has over 16 years of experience in the areas of telecommunications, information technology, cloud computing, enterprise applications, education. Shaunak specializes in the areas of strategic initiatives, automation and optimization of IT environments both from infrastructure and enterprise applications perspective.
Jamshaid Hashmi, VP Channel Development
In his role as VP of Channel Development for the last decade, Jamshaid Hashmi has helped build and oversee relations with strategic Channel Partners that have added to the growth of the WSI's global footprint to get to over 1000 offices in 80+ Countries.
A serial entrepreneur with interests in multiple verticals, Jam's most recent entrepreneurial interest is as one of the co-founders of Search Results, an international Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing firm established in November 2007 to fill the Search, Social and Mobile needs of thousands of businesses worldwide. Jam's strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing has helped grow Search Results internationally with offices in multiple countries. A sought after public speaker, Jam has been the keynote at a number of conferences and international summits. He regularly trains C Level Executives and supports both new and seasoned business owners on SEO, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Brand Reputation Management and Conversion & Measurement through web analytics.
Nick Lattanzio, VP Global Franchise Development
Nick Lattanzio has gained 25 years of experience in the franchise industry by owning his own franchise and has been with WSI for over 11 years and manages the Franchise Development department. With his leadership skills and strong knowledge of franchising, Nick oversees the global expansion plan of the WSI franchise through several channels. He is directly responsible for more than 25 people and is accountable for the department’s overall budget.
With his excellent communication skills and experience in coaching / mentoring, Nick’s commitment is to help people grow, learn and increase their knowledge and expertise. He also possesses diverse experience in operations, project management, sales and marketing.
Daniel Lattanzio , VP Franchise Development
Mr. Lattanzio has served as a Vice President, Franchise Sales of RAM since March 2007. Before March 2007 Mr. Lattanzio served as Vice President of Franchise Development for Performance Sales International Inc., located in Toronto, Ontario from January 1997 to March 2007.
Kishor Vyas, Controller
In his position as Controller, Kishor Vyas’ mandate is to manage the fiscal responsibility of the WSI franchise and ensure due diligence of financial best practices company-wide. Kishor performs a strategic role on the WSI Senior Management team to help plan, provide and mobilize appropriate resources required by WSI Internet Consultants and partners within the WSI eMarketplace. Kishor is focused on driving significant process improvements to help WSI receive the maximum return on resources deployed. In addition to utilizing his skills for financial matters, Kishor leverages his experience to facilitate strategic decision making and consistent direction that drives additional sustainable profitability for the entire WSI franchise network.
Wayne Steinberg, General Counsel
Wayne has been a lawyer in Ontario since 1977, with corporate/commercial legal experience practicing both in law firms and in private companies, and he is an international franchise law specialist who has represented both franchisors and franchisees. He has been WSI’s General Counsel and a part of its corporate management team since 2002 and in that capacity he looks after all of WSI’s legal work. This includes handling the preparation of legal documents internally and advising the company on various legal issues but he also supervises legal work done by a variety of outside law firms around the world that are used by WSI for any outside legal work that is required. He has spoken and written on franchising at various legal seminars sponsored by such organizations as the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Franchise Association and he is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Wayne regularly attends legal continuing education programs on franchising sponsored by these various organizations.
